NAPC is pleased to offer a Special Call for Commission Assistance & Mentoring Program (CAMP), designed to help State, Tribes, and Certified Local Governments (CLGs) strengthen their ability to protect historic and cultural resources before, during, and after natural disasters.
Through this specialized CAMP training, participating communities will build skills and strategies related to disaster planning, risk management, communication, and recovery. Trainings may also incorporate preservation commission fundamentals and other topics typically offered through CAMP.
This opportunity is made possible through a task agreement with the National Park Service and is intended to support communities eligible for FY2025 Emergency Supplemental Historic Preservation Fund funding.
As a member of the National Alliance of Preservation Commissions, you become part of a national network of historic preservation commissions, boards of architectural review, staff, local and state preservation nonprofits, and residents of historic districts who value their historic resources.
